By connecting to Inventure's existing platforms (like iSAMS and board exam databases) and creating a unified data pipeline, the system automatically calculates credits, generates cumulative summaries, and validates records instantly.

How We Built It

This transformation was made possible through ToyStack's proprietary DB Analyzer, which consolidated student data across multiple legacy systems into a unified data lake. The Analyzer standardized formats, corrected inconsistencies, and triggered real-time credit calculations through an automated workflow. Using event-driven functions and templated rendering, transcripts are now generated dynamically the moment new data arrives. The architecture ensures zero manual intervention while maintaining high accuracy and design uniformity.
