Introduction
Radiant, a subsidiary of Pacific Community Ventures (PCV), set out to build AIKKA, a next-generation survey management SaaS product. AIKKA was envisioned as a flexible, end-to-end platform to serve multiple stakeholders — from administrators designing surveys to respondents providing feedback.
